From consultation to installation, we support your project with clearly defined, coordinated services. Our goal is always to provide a customized, technically suitable solution based on ThermoGenius™ water heat exchangers.
We support you with consulting, planning, permitting processes, and installation, ensuring that all components are optimally coordinated. For large-scale projects as well as the integrated planning and implementation of energy source concepts, we collaborate with experienced partners in the D-A-CH region through the Netz-Werk-Regenerativ network. In addition, we implement projects in other European countries and worldwide.
Consulting
We assist you in designing and sizing your customized energy concept using the ThermoGenius™ M and F heat exchangers. We take a holistic approach to your project—from the technical requirements to the optimal system solution.
The planning of connections, shafts, and pipe sizing is carried out in close collaboration with our partners from the Regenerativ network.
For the ThermoGenius™ Water EP for docksides, we advise you on whether a jetty or a pontoon is the right solution, whether implementation is feasible in principle, and how many heat exchangers are required. In addition, we provide information on potential grant programs. Together with our partner, Wassermann Green, we can advise you on a comprehensive solution combining ThermoGeniusTM and a pontoon dock.
Planning
Based on the detailed concept, we assist you in planning the installation and connection of the ThermoGenius™ water heat exchangers. Our focus is on ensuring smooth implementation and optimal integration into the existing infrastructure.
For the ThermoGenius™ Water EP for docksides, the planning also includes the design of the required dock or pontoon area, the number and position of the water heat exchangers, and a thorough feasibility analysis. In addition, the entire grid connection - up to the point of entry into the building - is planned in collaboration with our partner Wassermann Green to ensure a technically sound and efficient overall system.
Permits
For the ThermoGenius™ Water M, F, and ST, we assist with the application process and, if necessary, provide the required documentation for the water heat exchangers. This ensures that the permitting process is handled efficiently and systematically.
For the ThermoGenius™ Water EP for docksideswe are working with Wassermann Green to manage the entire permitting process. This includes submitting applications to the relevant authorities, such as the Waterways and Shipping Authority (WSA) or the Environmental Protection Agency, as well as ensuring compliance with building code requirements.
Installation
We’ll show you the best options for a smooth installation of the ThermoGenius™ water heat exchangers.
The complete installation of the ThermoGenius™ Water EP for docksides including the jetty system itself, is carried out in collaboration with our partner Wassermann Green—from delivery and assembly of the water heat exchangers to the installation of dolphins and the connection. Upon request, the complete installation of the entire system, including the heat pump inside the building, can be carried out by experienced partner companies.
